ACCOUNT LOGIN
Users who have logins are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You expressly acknowledge that rodeo events are inherently dangerous and involve substantial risk of serious injury, death or property damage. Participants and spectators voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to any Black Rodeo USA event, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual event.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby release, waive and discharge Black Rodeo USA, its officers, sponsors and venue owners from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss or damage they may incur due to your presence or participation in a Black Rodeo USA event.
TICKETING AND REFUND POLICIES
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by law. Tickets will not be refunded due to inclement weather" or changes in the performer lineup. Tickets are a revocable license. Black Rodeo USA reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person for disorderly conduct without refund.
IMAGE AND LIKENESS CONSENT
By entering the event grounds, you grant Black Rodeo USA an irrevocable, unrestricted license to use your image, voice or likeness in any photograph or video for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND GOVERNING LAW
All content, logos and trademarks on this site are the property of Black Rodeo USA and its officers, sponsors and affiliated vendors. No part of this site may be reproduced or exploited for commercial purposes without express written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the states where Black Rodeo USA operates.
Updates or amendments to thESE TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Terms of Use; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Terms. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section.
