Please review venue polices. Dry camptin parking is available at select venues as well as RV/camp hookups; contact the venue for reservations. Overnight parking is typically welcome. You will need to come fully prepared with supplies

You will be greeted before being guided to the Rodeo Office. Confirm your name, sign rodeo posters (benefiting Black Rodeo USA Foundation), collect your welcome bag and wristband/back number for access to contestant areas.

Connect with the Arena Director if you are able to ride in the main arena or a secondary arena prior to the start of a performance.

The Contestant Recharge Station is open 2 hours before and during performance with free hygiene products, cooling towels, snacks, water and phone charging stations.

Tickets for contestant guests are based on availability per event. Additional tickets when available will be a contestant price and coordinated by the rodeo secretary or box office.

• Your back number must be visible at all times to access arena stands.
• Non-contestants (family, friends, children, non-competing contestants) will NOT be permitted in the back gate areas. Only Arena Personnel and completing contestant with proper credentials will be allowed access.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in back/gate/arena area during performances. Anyone intoxicated is escorted out by security.
