KIDZ RODEO ROUND UP

Join us for a fun-filled morning dedicated to youth in our community! This education event engages youth on the tradition of rodeo, agriculture and Western lifestyle.

During the event, youth get the opportunity to see horses up close, ask questions, and, most importantly, attend a rodeo. Students will get an introduction to the sport of rodeo and learn about rodeo events. Ladies barrel racing, tie down roping, steer wrestling  will be demonstrated. Lessons on horsemanship and animal safety also will be provided.

The goal is to reach out to youth to instill an appreciation for the sport and lifestyle, as well as draw interest for future competitors. Many of today’s youth are not involved in agriculture, never attended a rodeo or even seen a horse in person.

inspiring young people with a positive message of making good choices before they make addictive choices that will harm them later in life. We hope your students and faculty can join us for this cultural and educational event.
