A number of event/ticket management services exist with various features. Black Rodeo USA has decided to use Yapsody (headquartered in Los Angeles, CA) for its current season of shows. Our community outreach events that are no charge or smaller in capacity also will be listed via Eventbrite.


Note: Other third-party platforms most likely will offer tickets to Black Rodeo USA events. However, individuals or companies creating events on other sites are ticket scalpers who will increase the prices; in some instances, they can be scammers and no valid ticket will be provided. Please beware. Here is some useful information found online on how to avoid being scammed:

Group DISCOUNTS

Get ready to raise the roof! Whether it's your birthday, anniversary, reunion or retirement, celebrate your special occasion with us! Black Rodeo USA shows are great for families, friends, employees, youth, seniors, churches and more! As a group at the rodeo, you will receive:

  • Opportunity to choose area (you must designate members of your group to manage your area)
  • Souvenir badge
  • Souvenir book
  • Shout out by the rodeo announcer during event
  • Group photo by BRUSA photographer

Discounts start at 26 or more tickets. Purchase up to 50 tickets online and automatically receive a $2 discount per ticket at checkout. For groups more than 50 (51-100 $3 off; 101+ $4 off), please call us at 602-688-9906. Payment options and group marketing materials also can be discussed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BRUSA rodeo events are NON-REFUNDABLE, rain or shine events. If you can no longer attend the event – no matter the circumstance – you have the option of reselling your ticket(s) on your own to family, friends or others you find who would be interested in attending.

Black Rodeo USA rodeo shows are all-ages events. Children 3 and younger are free with an adult ticket; and must sit on the adult's lap.

Most BRUSA rodeo events are indoors. Indoor events include: Shelbyville, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Scottsdale, AZ. Our Las Vegas event is outdoors and the bleacher seating is covered.

You can use the Guest Checkout feature which allows ticket buyers to make purchases without the need to create an account or sign up online. Signing up for a Yapsody account allows you to re-access your tickets or receipts.

In evaluating ticketing platforms, we decided to switch to utilize different features as well as to be able to pass on savings to our customers.

You will receive a 'Welcome to Yapsody' email with instructions and a link to create a password. After successfully setting up a password, log in to Yapsody account ('Customer Login') to access your tickets/receipts. You can contact the BRUSA Office at 602-688-9906 for additional assistance.

BRUSA rodeo events are general admission. Your ticket purchase is for a specific section. You may arrive as early as 3 hours before showtime to select the seat of your choice in your designated area.

We can process your ticket purchase by taking your information over the phone with a live ticketing representative. Please call the BRUSA Office at 602-688-9906. You may need to leave a message due to high call volume, but we will return your call as soon as possible.

Please check the ticketing event page to determine if the rodeo has local ticket outlets. You may also call the BRUSA Office 602-688-9906 for details. You can arrive at the venue box office 3 hours before showtime to pay with cash. Note: limited tickets will be available for walk-up purchases.

We will honor this request; however, all ticket exchanges must be completed THREE (3) DAYS prior to the event.

The official ticketing platform for BRUSA rodeo events is Yapsody. While there are some legitimate third-party sellers, many of them are scalpers and increase the price. Others are scammers, and you may receive an invalid ticket. You will need to purchase tickets on Yapsody to avoid any issues.

You can park your car at the venue in the designated parking areas. Fees (primarily cash only) are associated with parking and vary depending on the venue. Please check the page for the specific event you want to attend for more information on parking.

Yes. Any items that are lost can be taken to the BRUSA Merch Store or the Box Office.
